How do I buy from NEUE STORE?
Buying a product from our Store is simple. Go to our home page and click on any product that you like, view the details of that product and click on Add to Cart. You can add as many products that you like. Once you want to make the purchase, go to Cart and Click on Proceed to Checkout. When you are at the Checkout, enter all the details to receive a link to download the products that you have purchased.
How can I download samples before purchasing?
Go to any of the product pages and click on Download Sample.
Can I use my purchased product for Commercial purposes?
Yes, once you have purchased the product you can use it for Personal or Commercial projects as many times as you want to.
Can I create projects for my clients using items from NEUE STORE? How can I transfer the sublicenceto my client?

Is it ok to download and customise the assets for my clients or myself?
Yes. You have all the flexibility to customise it as much as you want. The only thing that you cannot do is resell it by calling it your own product.
Do I need to give credit to NEUE STORE?
If you are using one of our samples that you download for free - Yes. But if you have purchased the whole kit from us then NO.
Can I use NEUE STORE items in projects I complete for an end-client?
Yes, you can. Many of our customers are professionals using their subscriptions for client projects. Where you have created an End Product for a client, you are permitted to transfer the entire End Product to the client.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard.
Can I cancel an order or request a refund after it has been placed?
No. We do not cancel orders or refund due to the nature of our business.
Do you have a single membership or all-access pass that we can purchase?
